Meet Alae – our specialist French teacher
After years of searching, we are so lucky to have Alae become the newest member of our 1On1 teaching team. Alea is a friendly, energetic native French speaker, and her love for both language and children has seen her completing Bachelor of Linguistic (specializing in French), Bachelor of Literature, Bachelor of Education as well as achieving French C2 Level with Common European Framework of Reference for Languages.
After graduation, Alea immediately became a qualified and licensed teacher, and has been wholeheartedly devoting herself into classroom teaching for both children and young adults, for the past 4 years.
Alea’s valuable classroom experience and in-depth knowledge of the French language enables her to build rapid rapport with her students and help them achieve remarkable results!

Lesson Details
- French lessons are conducted mainly as small Group Lessons with no more than 5 students at similar level. Each class is 50 mins, costs $20 per class. A minimum of 3 students are required for each class to become active.
- Classes will be planned the NZ Curriculum on French study framework, with consideration of children’s specific interests and abilities.
- Students will be studying all aspects of the French language systematically, including basic alphabet, spelling (& rules), unique grammar, accurate pronunciation, daily conversational language, developing reading, writing and verbal communication abilities.
- Teacher will ensure all students are given the opportunity to participate in the class.
- Student’s ability will be assessed by the teacher during classes and maybe re-assigned to another group with consultation with parents.

*Introductory Pricing at $10 per lesson is valid from now. The following conditions apply:
- Special Pricing is only available to group bookings, and no demo lessons is allowed.
- Bookings must be made for at least one full term. E.g. if booked during half of a term, then initial booking ought to be a minimum of 1 1/2 terms.
- We ask you to kindly share the promotional information within your social media and keep it for 48 hours.

A minimum of 3 students at similar level is required for each class to become active. Please advise your age and years of French studying.
